Then there are our two ultra modern kitchen-theaters, where students observe chefs demonstrating all the techniques to be executed in the teaching kitchens. All of the kitchens are fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and appliances. What’s more, the kitchen-theaters are equipped with video for television and Internet broadcasts live from PCI. |
